ZSTX100S series tower type sand-making equipment is composed of stone elevating system, sand making system, vibrating screen system, powder selecting system, wetting & mixing system, stone powder conveying & storing system, filtering system, electrical control system and pneumatic control system, etc. If equipped with powder selecting machine, the finished sand and stone powder content can be adjusted in a wide range; If equipped with wetting device, the quality of non-dry-mix sand is good; Less floor coverage which means low cost of ground occupation; All connection parts have good sealing and environmental protection performance; Satisfying sand using standard for dry-mix plant and concrete batch plant. ZSTV50/100C tower type sand-making equipment is a new production line designed and developed by ourselves. It is a specified equipment for making sand and stone for the purpose of construction, lowering 50% energy consumption compared with traditional sand-making machineries, and making sand and stone to be construction sands of all sizes. With characteristics of evenly distributed sand sizes, high compression strength, reliable performance, rational design, user-friendly operation, and high work efficiency, this equipment also adopts modular design, thus all assembly parts can be flexibly distributed at the worksite. Besides, its low height and reasonable cost can satisfy demands for all users. It will be more environment-friendly if equipped with filtering device.The advanced, simple, convenient and reliable electronic control system can realize automatic production or manual control.

Applies to mechanical sand production covering small floor area and use together with dry-mix mortar plant.
